We have finished a security / bugfix upgrade to x3. The downtime was very minimal but we've enabled the off channel feature once more... and it seems to work as intended. Comments welcome by telling us in #support.

To enable or disable ChanServ's OffChannel support, you can do /cs set #chan offchannel 1/0 (or) on/off.
This works with the !trigger too! !set offchannel 1 or 0 - on or off

Hopefully this unique feature will be of use to some of you.
